Shipping Policy for Ombrox

At Ombrox, we strive to deliver your premium sunglasses as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below, you’ll find all the information you need regarding our shipping process.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship nationwide within South Africa. If you're unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us at info@ombrox.co.za before placing your order.

Shipping Times

Delivery times could take anywhere between 1-5 days once the parcel is handed over to the courier company.

Note: Shipping times may vary during holidays or promotional periods.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Tracking Your Order

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through our carrier’s website.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please check your tracking number for updates. If you need further assistance, contact us at info@ombrox.co.za.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We stand by our lifetime replacement guarantee. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your package. We will either replace your product free of charge or offer a full refund.

Changes to Shipping Information

If you need to make changes to your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order at info@ombrox.co.za. Changes cannot be guaranteed once your order has been processed.
